Metro (subway) can be taken to Foggy Bottom Metro Stop from the National Airport or take taxi to George Washington University area.  Bus or shuttle can be taken from other airports.

Train Station is Union Station and also from there, a metro can be taken (Red Line to Metro Center and then the orange or blue line to Foggy Bottom Metro Stop).
